Registration will close on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing to the email address personalizednutrition@illinois.edu by September 25th to receive a 90% refund of the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after that date. However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization if a request is sent in writing to the email above by October 2nd.
